How do I sign In to my account?

There are 2 seperate methods to login:

  • In the header, click the "sign in" link in the top right corner

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach the footer, click the " Your Account" link under the customer services column

How can i track my order?

Log into your account and under Orders you will find a list of your orders.
Click on the order Number to get an update to your delivery.

Alternativly taking the tracking number from you email confirmation and enter it directly here.

I forgot my password, how do i reset it?

To reset your password for your account please go to the usual sign in page here you will be promted for information relating to you account.

I have received a faulty item / My Item has become faulty

Log into your account and under Orders you will find a list of your orders.
Click on the order Number to get an update to your delivery.

If you product is faulty or you need to return it please proceed to the returns form and enter the details of you item.

How do I navigate the web site?

We have tried to make the navigation as easy as possible and all items are available from the top menu. alternatively we have provided breadcrumb links which you can use to follow back through the categories, We have also provided a comprehensive search facility, whenever you are stuck just enter a short description into search ( insert screenshot) and the website will return a list of relevant results.

Our Bike search will return all the parts we have currently identified as fitting the model of bike you enter. such is the volume of parts available sometime it is the best way to shop.
