Next generation touring sport motorcycle jeans. The functional single-layer Cordura® Fabric Denim provides top-tier comfort, outstanding breathability, elevated abrasion resistance (AA certified), and gives the jeans a timeless look. Tourismo jeans are designed for all of your rides – on the road, off-road, in the city or on long-distance journeys.We developed the Tourismo jeans in collaboration with professional 4SR riders and hundreds of customers who gave us clear and fundamental feedback.
We responded to the three most common requests

1) We want jeans that really breathe and can take a beating. ✅ Done.
Thanks to the single-layer Cordura® Denim fabric, these motorcycle jeans are ultra-breathable and highly durable.
2) Knee protectors must stay exactly where they belong. ✅ Done.
Our addictive, patented AFS – Armor Fixation System® solves this problem to the T. The protector stays perfectly on your knee, you can ride, walk, or put your feet down at traffic lights, and the protector always remains in place. In short, it's the kind of protector you almost forget that you're wearing.
3) The protector must also cover the shin. ✅ Done.
We used extended protectors that cover not just the knee, but also the shin. They’re among the few on the market certified to the highest Level 2T+ standard. The rider’s safety is always our top priority.
But we didn’t stop there. We enhanced the classic motorcycle jeans with practical side pockets with hidden zippers. We completely redesigned the cut and the placement of stretch panels at the waist and above the knees to ensure comfort in every riding position. The jeans also come with a short waist zipper for easy attaching to any 4SR jacket or the upper part of a two-piece suit. For added safety, we included Flexist hip protectors and 3D-shaped Safe Tech knee and shin protectors.
Given our MotoGP experience, we know that the proper shape of the protector is key. That's why you won’t find any flat pads in our gear – they simply don’t belong in serious protective wear.
OUR PATENT PROTECTS YOUR KNEES… WHAT IS A.F.S.?
Inside the legs, we use our highly addictive, patented 4SR Armor Fixation System® in an elastic inner sleeve that keeps the 3D knee protector in the correct position at all times – This means, no more adjusting every time you stop. You can also fine-tune the position based on your height, ensuring it stays right where it should in the event of a crash. The use of newly perforated material makes the protector pocket highly breathable and comfortable.

CORDURA® Denim is made from a blend of cotton and INVISTA T420 6,6 nylon – a military-grade fiber that provides superior abrasion resistance without compromising comfort.

This returns policy is implemented at the sole discretion of Cotter Motorcycles Dublin: You must include the completed returns note ( get it here ) with all returned goods. All returned goods must be in the same condition as sent and in original packaging provided. All returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, any returns received after this time may be rejected or be subject to 15% handling charge. Responsibility for non-receipt of returned items rests with the sender. Special order items are non-refundable & non-returnable unless they are DOA. Any ‘damaged on arrival’ (DOA) goods or consignment shortages must be reported by telephone immediately (no later than 24 hours of receipt of delivery) and full details of the consignment supplied at the time of reporting. Failure to report within this time limit may mean that the goods are not treated as DOA. DOA goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned goods that were supplied correctly but are no longer required (not DOA goods). Any goods incorrectly addressed by Cotter Motorcycles Dublin will be re-sent with no carriage cost payable by the customer involved once the error has been accepted by us. Returns are not available on goods sold under special terms; e.g. end of line, discounted, promotion or special order items. This policy does not affect the statutory rights afforded to consumers.
